A personal piece to experiment with color scheme. Something that tells a story or at least the viewer could decide whats happening here. Mars – marshians – red planet. So I thought the red worked best even though it’s clearly on earth that they’re standing.

The Call of Cthulhu

A piece I did for a sketch challenge on cghub. The challenge was to create a concept for HP Lovecraft’s Cthulhu. I guess I couldn’t tried to make him more scary. I was going for powerful.

I spent a lot of time on the rocks and boulders.
